Below FAQ are some common concerns of our clients before purchasing, if you have other questions, please just send it to service@yongstrio.com
Yes. We sell only natural pearls and cultured pearls. We do not sell any shell pearl or plastic imitations.
The quality of a pearl is determined by its size, luster, shape, body blemish, and matching. For more information please see Pearl Quality Factors.

The price of a product doesn't always reflect its quality.

Here are some reasons.

First we began our pearl business as a pearl farmer in 1990s in a small town called Zhuji in Zhejiang Province, China. Nowadays 95% of freshwater pearls in the world are produced at this small town. Zhuji is the largest pearl market not only for freshwater pearl but also for salt pearls in the world for many years. We are able to acquire high quality loose pearls with a very competitive price direct from pearl farmers or salt pearl wholesalers.

Secondly, we skip out US pearl importers by starting our online retail store.

Finally large scale sales in domestic market help us get a lot savings.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the pearls, simply get in touch with us, and we'll either correct the situation or refund the full amount. Please buy with confidence.

We offer completely Free FedEx Shipping on all orders over US$300, typically it will arrive contingency US and major cities worldwide within 2-5 days .

Cultured pearls are genuine pearls too. Just like natural pearls, they grow inside of living mollusks in oceans and lakes. Pearls begin to form and grow when an irritant enters the mollusk or oyster. Unlike natural pearls, for cultured pearls, the irritant is purposely placed in an oyster or mollusk to ensure pearl production.
Pearls are delicate products of nature, should stay away from cosmetics, hairspray and chemical based lotions or cleaners. We suggest you remove pearl jewelry before taking a shower. With proper protection, a pearl with a nice thick nacre will last through several generations.
Don't think that pearls are old-fashioned and conservative. Wearing pearls can add joy to your day and make you look forward to dressing up for work. A woman of any age can create a contemporary look for her work attire with real pearl jewelry.
